We will be making every possible effort to be ready for our
established timeframe. If you are going to be late, please
let us know as soon as possible. If that happens the day of
game, please report to the late check-in (a special room in
the tavern). |

Tidehaunt Membership Fee
$13
Each player is required to have a Tidehaunt Membership in
order to participate in our events. This is a yearly
fee which covers the cost of insurance for each player. |

Event Registration
Here are the instructions you need to pre-register a character for
Wildlands West.
Two things are required for successful pre-registration for
Wildlands West. 1) You must send in payment. 2) You must fill out a
character pre-registration form (which includes character history)
Both things must be done at least thirty days in advance to receive
your pre-registration bonus of 2 build points.
Payment Instructions
Send a check or Money Order payable to Onyx Hollow, LLC to the

You should include $55.00 for event admission. Your first event
will cost only $30.00. You are required to maintain a membership
through NERO International at a cost of $20.00 per year. You may
include this $20.00 payment in your pre-registration if you
desire. Pre-payment of the membership is required to participate
in the game, but is not required for validating
pre-registration.
We’re sorry, but we cannot accept credit cards, even at the
event. We cannot accept cash for pre-registration, but we can
accept cash at the event. We do accepts Paypal payments up
to 1 week before the event date.
